Toprich Upgrades Reliability Laboratory to Strengthen High-End Inductor Quality

To continuously enhance core product competitiveness and meet the strict quality standards of high-precision fields such as AI computing, automotive electronics and high-end industrial power supplies, Toprich has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its internal reliability test laboratory, further improving the R&D and quality control system.

 

This upgrade introduces a full set of high-precision testing equipment for saturation current, temperature rise current, ultra-low DCR detection, high and low temperature cycling, mechanical vibration impact and damp heat durability. It builds a full-process inspection system covering raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, ensuring comprehensive quality control throughout production.

 

The upgraded laboratory accurately verifies the electrical stability, environmental adaptability and mechanical reliability of power inductors, predicts potential performance risks under extreme working conditions, and optimizes product structures and production processes.
